First I would like to thank everyone who has taken part in the contest :) it ends tonight at mid-night! I have learned from the contest there are a lot of Lilly loving girls who are either in law school or are entering law school :) so if you have any questions please ask away! Im in my 3rd year-never thought I would say that :)

I am now faced in my law school career with a decision that will affect my life forever! Whether I want to stay in Michigan or go home or to New York. Since coming to MI, I have made connection and have met some amazing lawyers and Judges. I intern for a Judge now for almost a year and current work for a probate lawyer. I am now comfortable in MI. The choice now is whether stay or go.

I met my boyfriend about 7 months ago and I by no means want to stay here just for him- I can not be that girl, that's not me (thou there is nothing wrong with it but not for me) So the decision is that- a pro and con list will be made- My mom said she will move where ever I stay. I love Florida it will always be my home but I wanted out for a change and boy did I get one :)

(If i had a pretty ring on my finger this would be so much easier :) J/K) but he is the first person I ever said "I love you" to :)

Law School Has Taken Over

It's been a while since I have posted, but one thing has not changed my love for Lilly.

School has taken over my life, but my nickname has stayed the same: Real Elle Woods. I am ok with that. When my classmates come over they always comment how bright my room is. Thanks to Pink and Green Garden for the help!

I plan on moving back to Florida when I'm done with school, so the amazing goodies help remind me of home.

Okay took so much time off when I started law school and never really got into the blog world- but i think its time!!!! So let me start off telling everyone my nickname at school "pink"- because i always have something pink on- its a search on a daily bases for the guys to find all the pink- like a game before class lol.

Sorority!

So I have been MIA making bows :) Today was my sorority picnic we celebrated 99 years nationally and 20 years at Florida Atlantic University! I love my sorority and would do anything for it. When they asked me if I would sell bows there I jumped at the chance!

What are some of the things that you love about spring?

Babysitting

I'm stuck babysitting so have not been by my computer to make some fun post with pictures!!!! Sorry! I love babysitting don't get me wrong but I have been working since 10 this morning at my elementry school and I'm def ready for bed!

I'm watching say yes to the dress one of my favorite shows to watch! All girls dream of their wedding day. I have mine planned out all I'm missing is the man to marry :( I def want to get married in Key West. It's one of my favorite places in the world! Something so preppy and calming about that place. Growing up in Florida and with a dad in the coast guard I grew up around the beach and boats! So what better then to have a beach wedding with the sun setting in the background! (pictures to come of my favorite place when I get back to my really computer and not just my phone)

I want a simple wedding with a lace dress with a cut out in my back! I want to get married with my grandmas ring and my moms pearls :) I love traditional, plain and simple; bit sometimes I love the pop of color. I want my colors to be Tiffany teal and a soft pale pink or the complete opposite navy and hot pink! Beach theme with star fish and seashells everywhere!

I hope I'm not the only one who dreams about their wedding :) Anyone else do that?

So sad

So I found out today I am allergic to some of my favorite things :( they include CHOCOLATE, vanilla, orange juice, cake, wine, ketchup, cupcakes, and a few other things. I'm allergic to this one ingredient that is in all of these items! So it makes me wonder what is really in the things I'm eating! I now have to read all the labels of my foods! I believe a few trips to whole foods will be in my routine even more now!!!! It really is amazing what is in there!

So I'm trying not to be too bummed but I love ketchup with almost everything and I drink orange juice everyday!!!! What girl doesn't like chocolate? I also am a huge frozen yogurt eater and this ingredient is in ice cream so hope I can still eat my frozen yogurt! These little shops have been popping up everywhere with serve your own yogurt and get your own topping from the topping bar and then you pay for it by how much it weighs. Most of the yogurt they serve at these places is actually good yogurt for you and it's fat free and sugar free :) see why I'm addicted?


What are some of your favorite things to eat for desert that doesn't include chocolate or vanilla?

Stressed!!!!

I am beyond stressed looking for a place to live in the fall!!!! Pictures make everything look okay online! I was trying to save money on a trip back up to Michigan to look at places, but I think I might have to give in and plan a trip :(

I would love to go back up and enjoy the town, but the idea of hunting down an apartment does not sound so fun!!!! Im excited to decorate the place once Im up there!!!! I was thinking beachy/ prep.

I love, love, love my bedding!

My favorite thing in my room besides all my pictures! An old leather chair that was once my great uncle's. I made the blanket (a lot of work, blood, sweat and a few tears ) Its made of old sorority shirts.

(missing is my home-made bulletin board with Lilly print and a look alike sign that my sorority used in recruitment is now hanging in my room :) Lilly of course!
